Winter has arrived, and the harvest comes with it! This is a very exciting time in the food and wine world, as new ingredients are coming in season and the vineyards harvest the fruit of their year’s labor. The Village believes strongly in supporting quality local producers and giving them the recognition they deserve, both on our menu and in our wine selections. Naturally, these selections pair wonderfully with our new Winter menu selections, so please ask your server for pairing recommendations. Be sure to take a look at our ‘Spotlight Whites & Reds’ to read about some the wines that we are excited about as we move into the fall season! At the Village, we are great supporters of the half-bottle format! We feel that offering a strong list of half-bottles offers our guests more flexibility for pairing, tasting, and just trying something new. Lastly, we have taken inspiration from the new season and its flavors to craft some wine flights (a tasting format of three wines served side by side) that we hope you will enjoy with us… Cheers!
